Want to Do Your Job at Securatex? Go Buy Your Own Handcuffs

Indianapolis security officers are speaking out about shoddy management at Securatex, a Chicago-based security company that has a contract to protect the Duvall Residential Center, a Marion County corrections facility. Here's the bottom line (and we mean bottom): officers report having to buy their own handcuffs and then having to figure out on their own how to use them.
